My Gambling Hall 21 Variation Game
by Roderick on July 25th, 2022
I have played millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have wagered on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original $40 wager
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
